1. Where do you deliver?
We deliver in France.
2. What is the preparation time?
Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
3. What is the delivery time?
After dispatch, delivery generally takes 3 to 7 business days.
The estimated total time between order and delivery is therefore generally 4 to 10 business days.
4. What are the delivery costs?
Delivery is free for purchases of €150 including tax or more.
For orders under €150 including tax, delivery costs are €15 including tax.
5. Which carriers do you use?
We may use Colissimo, Chronopost, DHL, UPS, or any other carrier suitable for the product.
6. Can I track my order?
Yes, when the carrier allows, a tracking number is sent by email after dispatch.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Payments are processed by J-Pay.
8. Can I return a product?
Yes. Consumer customers generally have 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
9. Can personalized products be returned?
Products made according to customer specifications or significantly personalized may be excluded from the right of withdrawal when this information is indicated before the order.
10. Who pays the return costs?
Direct return costs are borne by the customer, except for non-compliant or defective products, Vendor error, or applicable legal warranty.
11. How much does it cost to return a bulky or fragile item?
The cost depends on the carrier's quote, weight, volume, fragility, collection address, return address, and access constraints.
The customer can arrange the return by their own means or request a quote from customer service.
12. When will I be refunded?
The refund is made within 14 days from the notification of withdrawal.
For sales of goods, the refund may be deferred until the product is recovered or proof of shipment is received.
13. What if the product arrives damaged?

No, unless expressly stated on the product page or during checkout.
