The customer is invited to sort packaging in accordance with the rules of their municipality.
Sorting and collection methods may vary by territory.

For guidance, subject to local instructions:
- cardboard and paper: paper/cardboard recycling stream;
- plastic protections: packaging recycling stream where applicable;
- wood or pallet: collection point or waste disposal center;
- mixed materials: check local instructions.
4. Bulky packaging
For large packaging, the customer should consult the collection rules of their municipality or local sorting center.
5. Extended Producer Responsibility
When the Seller is subject to Extended Producer Responsibility obligations, they provide the information required by the applicable regulations.
6. Handicraft products and durability
Handicraft creations and items made from mineral or natural materials must be maintained in accordance with the recommendations given in the product sheet or in the documents provided.
Proper maintenance helps preserve the appearance, texture, and durability of the items.
